Brief Description on Grievance:
Mr Anoop Francis owner of Plot RE survey 564/8 Part B near Schoolmuttom State Bank of India has obtained building permit for a G1 Industrial building after submiiting a regularized plan in the month of Oct 2023. After obtaining the permit, in the month of Dec 2023 he has conctructed a two storied buiding without giving sufficient setback on both sides and back. Demolition order issued and appeal case is in progress at LSGD Tribunal Court. On 08 Mar 2025, he has again commenced illegal construction. Elamkunnapuzha Gram Panchayat has given notice to Mr Anoop on 12 Mar 2025 for stopping illegal construction . Inspite of receiving the notice on 16 Mar 2025 he has completed his construction. The above act of Mr Anoop show the motive and he is confident that he can bribe anybody and survive. This will give a wrong message to the soceity. Requested to take stringent action against the defaulter.
