Brief Description on Grievance:

I am writing to  request your intervention regarding an ongoing issue with the issuance of my building completion certificate and building number (Under Thiruvananthapuram Corporation, Thiruvallom Zonal Office). Despite having adhered to all necessary regulations and procedures, I am facing an undue delay caused by unresolved complaints concerning my property.
To provide a brief overview of the situation:
1)  Vide ZTP/BA/04/2021 dt 29.01.2021 , : I obtained permission from the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation to construct a house on my property, which spans an area of 219.55 square meters. The construction was completed in March 2023.
2) Vide 1006/2023 dt 03.04.2023 I submitted an application to the Corporation office to obtain the necessary building completion certificate and building number following the completion of construction.
3) Vide ZTP1/1006/23 dt 16.06.2023 The Corporation office informed me of a complaint regarding the construction of a compound wall on my premises. The complaint, lodged by a neighbor, alleged illegal encroachment onto a government road. However, on July 2023, an Assistant Executive Engineer from the Corporation heard my case, during which I presented all relevant documents proving that the compound wall was constructed within my own land. This wall had been in place for the past 25 years, and I had only renovated it by maintaining the old foundation
4)vide ZTP1/E/56360/56685/2023  dt 23.11.2023 The Assistant Executive Engineer wrote to the Tahasildar of Thiruvananthapuram Taluk requesting a measured sketch of my property on Survey No. 382/9-3  to investigate any potential encroachment.
5) In response to a Right to Information (RTI) request, the Taluk officer confirmed that there is no encroachment from my side.
6) Furthermore, the main path leading to my house is a private path and not under the Corporation’s asset. I have attached a copy of the Village Officer-signed Field Measurement Book (FMB) confirming these details.
Despite these clarifications, the issuance of my building completion certificate and building number remains pending.
I kindly request your intervention to expedite the issuance of the building number and completion certificate to me.
