Brief Description on Grievance: A request for Building completion certificate and Building number has been submitted to Koyilandi Municipality for an Industrial Building to start a business under PMFME scheme. Due to various reasons the the building permit is delayed about four months. Now the building construction has been completed and applied for Building Completion Certificate and Building Number. Concern about delay in obtaining the building number as occurred in the case of permit. I have been paying a huge amount as rent every month for the land which I have leased for starting the business. . Also, interest of the bank debt is getting increased every month for the amount which I have taken as a loan for machinery purchase. In addition to that, the repayment will be started in the next month. Hence, without any delay I need to obtain the Building Number in order to apply for Municipality license and PCB Consent to operate the business. Since I am a person with no other source of income, it is vital requirement for me start the business at any cost before end of this month for my survival.
