പരാതി പരിശോധിച്ചു. കെ.പി.ബി.ആർ ചട്ടം 67 പ്രകാരം കുളിമുറി കക്കൂസ് മുതലായ അനുബന്ധ കെട്ടിടങ്ങള്ക്ക് പെർമിറ്റ് ആവശ്യമില്ലെങ്കിലും അതിരില് നിന്നും മറ്റു കെട്ടിടങ്ങളില് നിന്നും കുറഞ്ഞത് ഒരു മീറ്റർ അകലം ആവശ്യമാണെന്ന് കമ്മിറ്റി വിലയിരുത്തി ആയതു പ്രകാരം 7 ദിവസത്തിനകം പരാതിക്കാരിയെയും എതിർകക്ഷിയെയും നേരില് കേട്ട് പരാതി പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് സെക്രട്ടറിക്ക് നിർദ്ദേശം നല്കി
