Brief Description on Grievance: Docket # BPKZD31014000023 and Memo Ref. # 400949/BRMC01/GPO/2023/5836/(4) dated 03/06/2024. Sir, Reference is made to the subject Grievances submitted in Adalat Portal and recent correction report from Maniyur Grama Panchayat Secretary. Kindly note that since September-2021 I have been approaching various Government authorities for obtaining Approval for Building Regularization numbering, however despite several follow-ups and communication, they Authorities denied providing me the Building Number unfairly, details are furnished as follows: 1. Initial Application was submitted to Maniyur Grama Panchayat on 2021, Mr. Sharon (Mobile # 9020224400) Overseer brought third-party (Unauthorized Local person) for Building Inspection and issued an unfavorable and biased report against me. 2. Further, I contacted Mr. Sharon several times through Mobile, however every time he stated that he will not change his decision, and I will not be given permit/Building Number, and he will block the same by all his source/influence. 3. Concurrently, the same was communicated to the Panchayat Secretary, and he too took the same stand, of a hidden agenda against me. 4. But even me most non-compliance Building in my Area & All over in the Panchayat was given Number. 5. In the First instant, False accusation was the reason for file rejection, but in every reply from Panchayat, New issues was being fabricated and highlighted. Concurrently all the cleared comments was not removed from the memo. 6. All further communications and justifications from my part have been duly addressed in my previous grievance (Kindly refer the same). 7. We obtained clarification about other buildings through Right to Information Act (vivara avakasham), and they replied Ref. # 400949/GGRI12/GPO/2023/830/(1) which is self explanatory. 8. I have fully finished construction of toilets in my building. 9. I hereby declare that I am also an Indian Citizen, and when other were granted permission/approval, it is discrimination against me, and declared my building as Unauthorized with Penalty. Therefore, you are kindly requested to review all the above and grant me justice by providing Approval for my Building, and waive the penalty & Unauthorized Building Status; noting that I have completed the construction in the Year 2021 and still now awaiting for Approval for the past 3 years. The above is the sequence of event, and not targeting or dishonouring any government officials/authorities or any individuals.
