This building has GF,FF,SF and pacca Building Numbers 5/1083.1084 and 1085. Sri.James and Arun James , Kachappilly. The owners have constructed unauthorised constructions and committed KMBR violations. In this situation secretary of Angamali Municipality allowed these buildings UN number and refix the property Tax and also issue notice  for submitting approved plan and hearing date.18-07-2022.. But Petitioners do nothing and Secretary issued conformation notice of demolishing. Hon.High Court stayed the notice asper order no WP(c)NO.23004/2022 and again ordered to consider the building  for regularization as per rule  within two months by WP(c)2448/2022.. . Unless taking the steps to rectifying the objections by the petitioners , Secretary rejected the application and took the action against the unauthorized constructions and imposed Property Tax of UN buildings. This action stayed by the High Court WP(c)27170/23 and Petitioners filed contempt to court against the actions of Secretary as per C.O(c)No.2521/2023 Dtd 10-10-2023. So Citizen Adalat cannot consider this petition and No LSGDI issue License to buildings which bearing UA Building Number.
