Sri. Jio  Varghese submitted the completion plan violating the approved Plan and has not completed the building as per the completion plan. Measurements have not marked in the completion plan properly and did not replay properly to the objection letter of Aluva Municipality. Hon. High Court has ordered to considerd the application of Geo Varghese as per the case No WP(c)42967/23 .So it is advised that the Secretary of Aluva Municipality has to has to take action as per law  and KMBR.
