Brief Description on Grievance:

I have been granted  the construction of a two-storied house on my land with permit PW2-BA-225/202-21. My completion certificate is on hold, as my neighbor lodged a complaint  about the construction of the well. Regarding this issue Muncipal corporation has sent a letter to the Cheif Engineer (20-10-2022) for clarifications. But the reply has not been made availabe till date . 

My home loan amount  is on hold as i haven't submitted the completion certificate.

The Secretary Thripunithara Muncipality has forwarded a letter to Govt to obtain sanction for construction of well, as it was not included in the estimate plan and the neigbour is not willing to give permission for such a well in Richie's property. As soon as the permission of the Govt obtains, the complaint can be resolved.
