Directed Secretary to renew Licenc/issue licence  as the licence fee remitted .HC said in the adalat that the applicant refused to remitt prof tax,hence not issued Licence is not acceptable,since no prof.tax is demanded as per ILGMS.Hence directed Secretary to issue Licence wirhin 3 days and report with copy of Licence.Prof.tax is to be demanded and is to be collected as per rule prevailing.
