The building permit No BA.162/2005-06issued on 09-03-2007 and maximum period of permit completed 2017. As per KMBR2019 period of permit is 10Yrs including extension period . In the case of permit needs to be extended beyond the period of ten years KMBR2019 Rule 15 sub rule2, rule 57, 61 sub rule4 allows another 5 yrs . This period is also completed.So it is instructed that  you  has to submit a new application with all document including plan to the Aluva  Municipality for regularisation and occupancy of the Building,
