20% side set back approved Res.52 by Lsgd adalath and not submit to the district adalath . So when the application submitted to Dt .Town Planner for layout approval rejected under the reason that there is no provision in KPBR Rule of 20% tolerence by GP. As the Subdistrict adalath has no power to recommend the 20% tolerence escalate the application to District Adalath.
