Dear Sir, I have completed the construction of the building in accordance with the permit issued on 07 July 2020 and submitted an application for building completion on 12 February 2025. Following the review by the Assistant Engineer of Puthur Grama Panchayath, two discrepancies were noted. I believe these were already approved as part of the original plan and permit. I kindly request to review this matter and take the necessary steps to regularise and grant approval and assign the building number. Your valued support and cooperation in completing the formalities will help ensure a smooth process and prevent any unnecessary delays. പരാതിക്കാരനെ നേരില് കേട്ടു. ഹാജരാക്കിയ Permit Plan, Completion Plan എന്നിവ പരിശോധിച്ചു. കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ ഉയരം, പാര്ക്കിംഗ് ഏരിയ എന്നിവ ചട്ടപ്രകാരം ലഭ്യമല്ലാത്തതിനാലാണ് കെട്ടിട നമ്പര് ലഭിക്കാത്തത് എന്ന് പരാതിക്കാരന് അറിയിച്ചു. ടി വിഷയത്തില് സംയുക്ത സ്ഥലപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതിനും സെക്രടറിയില്നിന്നും ഫയലും രേഖകളും റിപ്പോര്ട്ടും ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നതിനും തീരുമാനിച്ചു.

സംയുക്ത സ്ഥല പരിശോധന നടത്തി. പരിശോധന നടത്തിയത് പ്രകാരം പ്രസ്തുത കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ ചുറ്റും മണ്ണിട്ട് നികത്തി Ground Level ഉയര്ത്തി യിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആയതിനാല് കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ ഉയരം 10 മീറ്ററിനുള്ളിലായി കാണുന്നു. GO(P) No. 54/2025/LSGD dtd 29/10/2025 (Amendment of KPBR 2019) ലെ ചട്ടം 29(3) പ്രോവിസോ പ്രകാരം മൊത്തം പാര്ക്കിംഗ് എണ്ണത്തിന്റെ 75% പാര്ക്കിംഗ് കെട്ടിട ഉടമയുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ളതും പ്ലോട്ടില് നിന്നും 200 മീറ്റര് ദൂര പരിധിയില് ഉള്പ്പെടുന്നതുമായ മറ്റൊരു പ്ലോട്ടില് നല്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇപ്രകാരം പാര്കിങ്ങിനു അനുയോജ്യമായ സ്ഥലം കണ്ടു ബോധ്യപെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ആയതിനാല് നിലവില് സജ്ജമാക്കിയ Ground Level ന് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള Completion Plan ഉം പാര്ക്കിങ്ങിനായി കണ്ടെത്തിയ സ്ഥലത്തിന്റെ ആധികാരിക രേഖകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക്, പ്ലാനും രേഖകളും പരിശോധിച്ച് KPBR ചട്ടങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിധേയമായി തുടര് നടപടികള് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനു സെക്രട്ടറിക്ക് നിര്ദ്ദേശം നല്കുന്നു.
