Brief Description on Grievance:

I had constructed above my house and numbered kp15/436 B and also 2 professional office C and D. As per kerala Panchayath raj act taxes and service taxes rule 3 (4) each number shall be considered independently for leviying tax. Exorbitant tax was levied which i gave Appeal and there was no remedy. I submitted before Ministers adalath which i got remedy bearing number TXKZD 21059000050. Instead of implimenting panchayath again sent to JD. JD clarified the same with Go's and send to panchayath for implementation. Yet the panchayath is not reducing tax as per the decision and rule

പരാതിക്കാരൻ ഹാജരായി.  പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനും ഹാജരായി.  പരാതിക്കാരന്റെ വിഷയം മുമ്പ് അദാലത്ത് സമിതി പരിശോധിച്ച് തീരുമാനമെടുത്തതാണ്  ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച്  9.10.25 ന് LSGD/JD/KKD/6876/25 കത്ത് പ്രകാരം ജോയിന്റ് ഡയരക്ടർ, സെക്രട്ടറി കന്ദമംഗലത്തിന് വിശദീകരണ കത്ത് 
നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.  പ്രസ്തുത കത്ത് പ്രകാരം 16.12.205 ലെ GO(MS) 358/15 LSGD ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം പുതുതായി നിർമ്മിച്ച ഭാഗത്തെ ഉപയോഗക്രമം മനസ്സിലാക്കി  വസ്തു നികുതി  
ചുമത്തിയാൽ മതിയെന്ന സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം നികുതി ചുമത്താൻ സെക്രട്ടറിയെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തി.  സഞ്ചയ പ്യൂരിഫിക്കേഷൻ സൈറ്റ് ക്ലോസ്സ്ചെയ്തതിനാൽ സൈറ്റ് തുറക്കുന്ന മുറക്ക് ടാക്സ് റിവിഷൻ നടത്താൻ സെക്രട്ടറിയോട് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചു.
