Brief Description on Grievance:
Our Building Permit (Ref. No. 16/16-17) was valid up to 11/05/2025. We had applied for completion in April 2025, but due to the sudden transition to the new KSMART system and continuous technical errors on the portal, we were unable to complete the submission or payment on time. Now, we are being asked to pay a very heavy fine, almost double the normal amount, which is extremely difficult for us to afford. The delay was completely unintentional and occurred due to technical issues beyond our control, along with no timely assistance from the local bodies. I sincerely request your kind consideration to waive or reduce the penalty, as this situation has caused great stress and hardship. Your understanding and support would mean a lot to me.
