കാവശ്ശേരി ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിലെ തെന്നിലാപുരം സരിക  സ്കൂൾ കെട്ടിടം ,കെട്ടിടനിർമ്മാണച്ചട്ടം ലംഘിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതിനാൽ പഞ്ചായത്ത് നമ്പർ അനുവദിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന് നിയുക്ത സ്കൂൾ മാനേജർ പരാതിപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് .സെക്രട്ടറി അറിയിച്ചപ്രകാരം കെട്ടിടം 220ബി ,കെ .പി .ബി .ആർ 2019 റൂൾ 26 [4 ]എന്നീ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ സെക്രട്ടറി അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും നേരിട്ടുള്ള പരിശോധനയിൽ ചട്ടലംഘനങ്ങൾ ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ് .   
                 എന്നാൽ റോഡ് വികസനത്തിന് സ്കൂൾ സ്ഥലം വിട്ടുനല്കിയിട്ടുള്ളതിനാലും റോഡ് നിയമാനുസൃതം നോട്ടിഫൈ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാലും കെട്ടിടത്തിന് 220 ബി ബാധകമല്ലെന്നും ആയതുസംബന്ധിച്ച് കേസ് ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ പരിഗണനയിലാണെന്നും അപേക്ഷകൻ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ് 
          220 ബി ഇളവു നൽകുന്നതിന് ഈ സമിതിക്കു അധികാരമില്ലാത്തതിനാലും കേസ് ബഹു ;ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ പരിഗണനയിലായതിനാലും തുടർ നടപടിയെടുക്കാൻ സമിതിക്കു കഴിയാത്തതിനാൽ അപേക്ഷകന്റെ ആവശ്യപ്രകാരം ജില്ലാ സമിതിക്കു കൈമാറുന്നതിന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു
