Brief Description on Grievance:
I have been finished the building on 2014 but i couldn't fix the first floor shutter due to insufficient fund. So the panchayath didn't give the building number for first floor (4 rooms). Now i finished the shutter work and approach to the panchayath official for numbering the same 4 rooms. but they refuse to give the number and saying according to some construction rules changes after 2014.
