In 1998, petitioner constructed a building in Mavelikara town.Occupancy certificate received from municipality on 12/8/1998 and allocated door numbers to all floors and tax paid uptodate. Now municipality giving frequent notices saying that building is an unauthorized construction. Municipality has given showcause notices to all tenants saying that their license wil not be renewed.

നിലവിലെ പരിശോധനയില്‍ പെര്‍മിറ്റ്‌ പ്ലാനില്‍ നിന്ന് അധികമായി എക്സ്റ്റന്‍ഷന്‍ വന്നിട്ടുള്ളത് ആയത് ക്രമവത്കരിക്കുകയോ അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ പ്ലാനില്‍ അധികരിച്ച് വന്ന ഭാഗങ്ങള്‍ പൊളിച്ചു മാറ്റുകയോ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.• പെര്‍മിറ്റ്‌ പ്ലാനില്‍ നിന്നും വ്യതിചലിച്ച് നിലവില്‍ കാണുന്ന നിര്‍മ്മിതികള്‍ സംബന്ധിച്ച് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്‌ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിന് മാവേലിക്കര നഗരസഭ മുനിസിപല്‍ എന്ജിനീയറെ ചുമതലപെടുത്തി തീരുമാനിച്ചു. • നികുതി നിര്‍ണ്ണയത്തില്‍ വന്ന വ്യത്യാസം സംബന്ധിച്ച് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്‌ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിന് മാവേലിക്കര നഗരസഭ സെക്രട്ടറിയെ ചുമതലപെടുത്തി തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
