അപേക്ഷകയ്ക്ക് KCZMA യുടെ 06/12/2024 .3149/1 /2024/KCZMA ഉത്തരവിൻറെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ NOC ലഭ്യമായിട്ടുള്ള വിവരം അദാലത്ത് സമിതി വിലയിരുത്തി. തദ്ദേശ അദാലത്ത്(BPKLMCO168000224-ഡോക്കറ്റ് നമ്പര്) തീരുമാന പ്രകാരം ടി അപേക്ഷ സംസ്ഥാനതല അദാലത്ത് സമിതിയിലേക്ക് എസ്കലേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.

29-10-2025 ലെ G.O. (P) No. 53/2025/LSGD. പ്രകാരം നിലവില് വന്ന കെ.എം.ബി.ആര്. 2019-ന്റെ ചട്ട ഭേദഗതിയില് റോഡില് നിന്നും ലഭ്യമാക്കേണ്ടുന്ന തുറസ്സായ സ്ഥലത്തിന്റെ കാര്യത്തില് മാറ്റം വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. പ്രസ്തുത നിര്വചനം താഴെ ചേര്ക്കുന്നു. Rule 23 (2) "Provided also that in the case of lanes or streets not exceeding 75 m total length leading to not more than five individual plots after the applicant’s plot, it shall be sufficient if the distance between the plot boundary abutting the lane and the building is 1.0 m, with the written consent of the land owners of the plots after the applicant’s plot on either side of the lane, for buildings up to 8 m height. Provided also that for residential buildings up to 8 m height and upto a total built up area of 100 sq.m. in plot having an area not more than 81 sq meter abutting an unnotified road of width up to 3m, the distance between the plot boundary abutting the road and the building shall not be less than 1.0 m, provided that the land owner has no other land under his ownership". 'ഈ ചട്ടഭേദഗതിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് തുടർ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് കൊല്ലം കോർപ്പറേഷൻ സെക്രട്ടറിക്ക് നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകി അപേക്ഷ തീർപ്പാക്കുന്നു.
