ആലക്കോട് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് - ശ്രീ. സജീവ് ജോണ്‍ അപേക്ഷകന് കെട്ടിട നമ്പര്‍ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അദാലത്തില്‍ മുന്‍പ് പല തവണ അപേക്ഷ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുകയും ബഹു. തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ട്രൈബ്യൂണല്‍ മുമ്പാകെ APL 175/2024 നമ്പറായി കേസ് ഫയല്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതിനാല്‍ ആയതിന്റെ അന്തിമവിധിപ്രകാരം മാത്രമേ തുടര്‍നടപടികള്‍ സ്വീകരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുകയുള്ളൂ എന്നും സമിതി തീരുമാനം എടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളതും ടി വിവരം ആലക്കോട് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറി മുഖേന അപേക്ഷകനെ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ്. പരാതിക്കാരന്‍ വീണ്ടും 04.07.2025 ല്‍ കെട്ടിട നമ്പര്‍ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി അപേക്ഷ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുകയും ആയത് പരിശോധിച്ചതില്‍ തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ട്രൈബ്യൂണല്‍ മുമ്പാകെ APL 175/2024 നമ്പറായി ഫയല്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള കേസില്‍ അന്തിമവിധി വന്നിട്ടുള്ളതായി ആലക്കോട് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. പ്രസ്തുത ട്രൈബ്യൂണല്‍ വിധി ചുവടെ ചേര്‍ക്കുന്നു. 1. The impugned order No.400554/BABC06/GPO/2023/3212/(3) dated 22/02/2024 stands set aside. 2. Appellant is at liberty to produce survey plan and point out the northern boundary to ascertain the setback, within 1 month of receipt of this order. In such event opportunity of hearing shall be given to the appellant and speaking order shall be passed on the application for occupancy. 3. Appellant is also at liberty to submit application for regularisation by making suitable amends to the construction to overcome the violation, if any, of Section 220 b of the Panchayat Raj Act and if any other violations with respect to the excess area of the building. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, no order as to cost. മേല്‍ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള തുടര്‍നടപടികള്‍ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് പരാതിക്കാരനോടും സെക്രട്ടറിയോടും നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിച്ചും ടി വിവരം പരാതിക്കാരനെ അറിയിക്കുന്നതിന് സെക്രട്ടറിയെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയും സമിതി ഐക്യകണ്ഠേന തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
