Brief Description on Grievance:
i received the building permit , as per building permit i was constructed but i am unable to renew my permit on time . after that i was approached to renew my permit panchayat officials denied it because as per permit the first floor was residential but after construction the first floor was commercial and 10cm short to off side distance (to adjacent property). and i approached to the panchayath for submitting my plan as per( S.R.O NO 168/2024) UNAUTHORISED BUILDING REGULARIZATION . but i was behind of that application to submit to the panchayat from past 3 months but unfortunately they are not willing to receive my application by the reason of k smart. kindly consider my application to obtain my occupancy
