Brief Description on Grievance:

I applied for the completion of my apartment building on 20/04/2025. We did not get the number because there is road widening. And also had some corrections. In the time of application for permit, the authority did not informed us about road widening in this place. but our nearest buildings with normal setbacks got building number in that time. Now, we did corrections mentioned by the authority.

24/05/25 ന് ചേർന്ന ഉപജില്ലാ അദാലത്ത് സമിതി അപേക്ഷ പരിഗണിച്ചു. പത്തനംതിട്ട നഗരസഭയിൽ വാർഡ് 11 ൽ പരാതി കക്ഷി കെട്ടിടം നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിന് സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ BA NO 14/2022-23 നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം 30/07/22 ൽ പെർമിറ്റ് അനുവദിച്ചിരുന്നു. അപ്രൂവ്ഡ് പെർമിറ്റ് അധികരിച്ച് നിർമ്മാണം പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചിട്ടുളളതുമാണ്. ടി കെട്ടിടം KMBR 2019 റൂൾ 23, 26 എന്നിവ പാലിക്കുന്നതായി കാണുന്നില്ല. ആയതിനാൽ പരാതി പരിഗണിക്കാവുന്നതല്ല. പരാതി കക്ഷിയുടെ ആവശ്യപ്രകാരം ടി അപേക്ഷ  ജില്ലാ സമിതിക്ക് ശുപാർശ ചെയ്യുന്നു.
