Brief Description on Grievance:
Respected Sir, I have applied for a transfer of permit to Kilikollur Zonal office, Kollam on 10/4/2025 through Ksmart. Application number : BPCN- 00065830-2025. Even after 20 days of submission, my application still is pending with clerical login (Mrs Rakhi R). She has a helping mentality ,she contacted me and advised to resubmit the application as it had no option to forward . As per her instruction I have resubmitted the aplication , but unfortunately still the issue persist. Since the transfer of ownership is mandatory for the housing loan disbursement, I m waiting for the process completion for the last 2 months. ( k smart upgradation process in March)I came to know that the staff had contacted with the IT wing last week but no updation and no resolution. Kindly help me by solving the techncial glitches in the application.
