മേപ്പാടി ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ ശ്രീ. കുഞ്ഞിമുഹമ്മദ് പാലാംപടിയൻ എന്നവരുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന 14/484 (പഴയ നമ്പർ 7/690)  നമ്പർ കെട്ടിടം പഞ്ചായത്ത് രേഖകൾ പ്രകാരം 12 ച.മീ. തറ വിസ്തീർണ്ണമുള്ള ഷീറ്റ് മേഞ്ഞ മേൽക്കൂരയുള്ള ഒരു നില കെട്ടിടമായിരുന്നുവെന്നും, 2020-21 വർഷം വരെ നികുതി അടവാക്കിയിരുന്നുവെന്നും, 2021-22 വർഷം മേൽ നമ്പർ കെട്ടിടം പൂർണ്ണമായും പൊളിച്ചു നീക്കിയതിനാൽ വസ്തു നികുതി നിർണ്ണയ രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നും സെക്രട്ടറി അറിയിച്ചു. നിലവിൽ കോണ്‍ക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്ത പുതിയ കെട്ടിടമായാണ് കാണുന്നത്. ആയതിനാൽ കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടം 2019 പ്രകാരം ക്രമവൽക്കരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷ യഥാവിധം ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷകനോട് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചു തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
