Brief Description on Grievance:
As per Govt Order No 97/2024/LSGD dated 30/07/2024 the Govt have issued instructions to all Local Self Govts that excess amount paid by any person, with regard to Building Permit/Regularisation to be refunded. As per directions given in above GO, I have applied for refund of excess amount paid by me with regard to the regularisation of our House No 5/1098(Joint ownership self and spouse) to the Secretary, Kozhikode Corporation through K-SMART Software vide Application No 2685837 dated 24/10/2024 alongwith all connected documents mentioned in ibid order (except the copy of Bank Pass book). Since I have included all Bank details ie, A/c No, IFSC Code, Branch Name etc in my application, the copy of Bank pass book not attached. I have received a letter from Assistant Engineer on 13-03-2025 (After expiry of 04 months and 17 days) (Date mentioned in that letter is 27-12-2024 - letter No E5/2431503-2024) states that I have not submitted the approved plan, latest land tax receipt, receipt of fee remitted, copy of bank pass book. Sir, you are requested to look into the matter in serious that False statements given in office Notes by certain officials and letter sent to me that I have not attached the required documents (Which sent to me after 4 and half months (the letter is Back dated ink signed copy and not created in K-SMART Software). You are requested to take appropriate action in this regard and action may please be taken to refund the excess amount paid by me.
