Brief Description on Grievance:
I Dini Eapen Kurien, had applied with Arakulam Grama Panchayat, Idukki for allotting Building Number for residential building. The Grama Panchayat had earlier granted me a permit for construction of a residential building and out house vide application Number A3/3825/2019 but the permit period had expired. Further a portion of the land measuring about 25 cents along with the residential building therein, was transferred to my wife and kids vide a deed of settlement in July 2024. The outhouse remained in my property and hence I had put in a fresh application with the Grama Panchayat for regularization and allotment of building number. The Secretary has issued the above-mentioned order stating certain deficiencies based on the application submitted without an opportunity being given to me be heard. I had replied to the order from the Panchayat and copy of the same is enclosed for your kind information. I request your good office to place the matter before the Adalat for an early resolution of the deficiencies pointed out.
