പരാതിക്കാരന്  റിവൈസ്ഡ് പെർമിറ്റിനായി അപേക്ഷ  സമർപ്പിക്കികയും 18/ 12/ 2024 തീയതിയിൽ   SC -1  BA (403839 )/ 2024 ആയി റിവൈസ്ഡ് പെര്മിറ്റി പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ നിന്നും അനുവദിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ്. ആകയാൽ പരരാതിയിൽ പറയും പ്രകാരം വാസഗൃഹത്തിനുള്ള പെര്മിറ്റി  പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ നിന്നും നല്കിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. 

 G. O. (P) No.38/2023/ID, 31st March, 2023 തീയതിയിലെ  നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ പ്രകാരം Kerala Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2015  ന്റെ അമേൻഡ്‌മെന്റിൽ ക്ലോസ് (12 ) പ്രകാരം  “In cases and classes of cases where excavation of any mineral other than ordinary earth is inevitable for the construction and digging of foundation of a building, such applications shall be processed by the Department of Mining and Geology in accordance with Rule 104 or sub-rule (1) of Rule 106 of these Rules upon production of a valid building permit along with approved plans from the Local Self Government Institutions concerned "എന്ന് പ്രതിപാദിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി ക്ലോസ്  പ്രകാരം മൈനിങ് ആൻഡ് ജിയോളജി വകുപ്പാണ് സാധാരണ മണ്ണ് അല്ലാത്ത ഖനന വസ്തുക്കളുടെ അപ്പ്ലിക്കേഷൻസ് പ്രോസസ്സ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതെന്നും കാണുന്നു.  ടിയാൾ  പരാതിയിൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ മൈനിങ് ആൻഡ് ജിയോളജി വിഭാഗവുമായാണ് ബന്ധപ്പെടേണ്ടതെന്നും കാണുന്നു. ആകയാൽ മൈനിങ് ആൻഡ്  ജിയോളജി വകുപ്പുമായി  ബന്ധപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണെന്നു അപേക്ഷകനെ അറിയിക്കുന്നനതിനു സെക്രട്ടറിക്കു നിർദേശം നൽകി തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
