Brief Description on Grievance:
As per KMBR rule no 26 setback to a building can be provided at 2 levels -podium level and ground level. The setback of podium as per FAQ is clearly defined as 5 m on front and side and 3.5 m on other sides in high rise buildings. As per height of building rule - it is not mentioned the setback or open space corresponding to total height of building shall be provided in the ground level itself.
