കെട്ടിടം നിര്‍മിച്ചതില്‍ KPBR ചട്ടലംഘനങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ട്. സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ നിയമാനുസൃതമല്ലാത്ത കെട്ടിടങ്ങള്‍ റെഗുലറൈസ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് പ്രത്യേകം ചട്ടം പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് അതു പ്രകാരമുള്ള അപേക്ഷ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും അത് ചട്ട പ്രകാരം പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതിന് സെക്രട്ടറിയെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
