Brief Description on Grievance:

Grievance regarding undue delay in issuing building Permit
I have purchased a small portion of land (10 cent) with road access on 30/10/2023 from the owner having a larger extend of land with survey number 356/8 of Teekoyi village of  Meenachil Taluk . I have submitted application for residential building permit on 06/05/2024 at Teekoyi grama panchayat (File No-82/1125/2024). It was rejected on 27/07/2024 and giving instructions to make minor corrections. I have resubmitted the application on 25/07/2024 (A2/1782/2024). The permit was undualy delayed and asking for land development permit and keeps on sending notices without considering my replies and denied justice. Moreover the Panchayat authorities never stick to the time period described in KPBR and Panchayat authorities writing different queries at each time during the delayed period more than six months. It may please be noted that the honorable High court of Kerala Division Bench Issued an order wide WA.NO 185 of 2022, in a similar case, in favorable to the applicant. I humbly request you to consider my application and settle my grievance.

KPBR Rule 31 പ്രകാരമുള്ള Lay out അംഗീകാരം ലഭ്യമാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് എന്നാണ് കാണുന്നത്. കൂടാതെ ടി സ്ഥലം ചെരിഞ്ഞ പ്രദേശവും ടി സ്ഥലത്തു നിന്നും മണ്ണ് നീക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് എന്നും കാണുന്നു. 13/12/24 ലെ മീനച്ചിൽ താലൂക്കിലെ കരുതലും കൈത്താങ്ങലും പരിപാടിയിൽ പരാതിക്കാരൻ്റെ അപേക്ഷ പരിഗണിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് എന്ന് ബഹു. മന്ത്രി ശ്രീ.റോഷി അഗസ്റ്റ്യൻ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിരിന്നു. ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ തീക്കോയി പഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറി ബഹു. LSGD കോട്ടയം ജില്ലാ ജോയിൻ്റ് ഡയറക്ടറോട് ഒരു സ്പഷ്ടീകരണം ചോദിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതായും കാണുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ഈ പരാതി ജില്ലാ അദാലത്ത് സമിതിയുടെ പരിഗണനക്കായി escalate ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു.

തദ്ദേശ അദാലത്തിൽ പരിഗണിച്ച അതിരമ്പുഴ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിലെ ശ്രീ ഷാജി ജോസ് സി ( BPKTM10514000026 ) എന്ന ഡോക്കറ്റ് നമ്പർ പരാതി , അപേക്ഷകന്റെ പരാതിയുമായി സമാന സ്വഭാവമുള്ളതാണെന്നും പ്രസ്തുത പരാതി അപേക്ഷകന് അനുകൂലമായി സംസ്ഥാന സമിതി തീർപ്പാപ്പക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നു പരാതിക്കാരൻ ടി യോഗത്തിൽ ചൂണ്ടികാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ടിയാന്റെ അപേക്ഷ തുടർനടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനായി സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സമിതിയിലേക്ക് എസ്കലേറ്റു ചെയ്യുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു
