Brief Description on Grievance:

We have construct a house at  Edagramom, Karumom.P.O., TRIVANDRUM, availing a construction permit from Nemom Corporation.After completion of the house  we had applied for TC in 2018, and the application had been rejected and we appeared for an adalath held on 24.10.2018 and there we have got  favourable resolution from the government officials of TVM Corporation, but unfortunately while getting a conlusion of adalath in record was vey disapponited because there was  there was no clarity in that  report. Mentioning this reason our application for TC denied from Nemom Corporation. Please do the needful for appearing  the adalath coming on 09.12.2024.

2019 നവംബർ 7-ാം തീയതിയിലോ അതിനു മുമ്പോ  നിർമ്മാണം നടന്നതോ പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചതോ ആയ അനധികൃത നിർമ്മാണം ക്രമവൽക്കരിക്കുന്നതിനായി 09/02/2024-ലെ സ.ഉ.(പി) നമ്പർ 20/2024/LSGDTVM നമ്പറായി പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 2024-ലെ കേരള മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി കെട്ടിട (അനധികൃത നിർമ്മാണങ്ങളുടെ ക്രമവൽക്കരണ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ) പ്രകാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം നഗരസഭയിൽ യഥാവിധി അപേക്ഷ നൽകുന്നതിന് നിലവിൽ അവസരമുണ്ടെന്ന വിവരം ശ്രീ.പ്രകാശ്-ൻ്റെ ശ്രദ്ധയിൽപ്പെടുത്തിയും അത്തരത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷ ലഭിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് ചട്ടങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി പരാതതിയ്ക്ക് ആസ്പദമായ കെട്ടിടത്തിന് നമ്പർ അനുവദിക്കുന്ന വിഷയത്തിൽ തീരുമാനമെടുക്കുന്നതിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം നഗരസഭ സെക്രട്ടറിയോട് ഉപദേശിച്ചും തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
