Dear Sir, On 15th August 2024, I visited Pulimath Panchayat office to apply for a building permit. However, they refused to accept my application and asked me to apply for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) instead, because my house is under 1000 square feet. I need the housing permit as I intend to apply for a housing loan. On 3rd September, the NOC was received by the office, and I requested the approved house plan. At that time, I was informed that the approved house plan could only be provided with the permit. They told me to reapply online for the permit. I resubmitted all the required documents on 3rd September, and they assured me that I would receive the permit within two days as everything was in order. However, there has been a significant delay, and I still have not received the permit. The officer responsible, Ms. Subha, who is a senior clerk at the Pulimath Panchayat, has delayed this process unnecessarily. I kindly request you to take action regarding this matter, as it has been an unreasonable amount of time to provide a basic service in a government office.
