I,Dr jayakumar.k ,s/o nandanan.c.menon hereby address my greivance,for and on behalf of my father regarding non delivery of OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE for our completed building,under the possession of my father,as per the BUILDING PERMIT KKY/BA/168/14-15,located at survey no 2/5,of kanimangalam vilage in Thrissur district ,even after multiple submission and requests for the same since 2015.The main reason said for the above rejection was the insufficient set back from the proposed ring road in the front of the building ,which as per the high court writ petition submitted at ernakulam high court ,case number W.P.(C) NO 42779CF 2023,a verdict was passed  on 2/7/24,which said it in view of the
revised Amrut Master Plan for Thrissur Corporation, the said defect
does not survive and  was not necessary as per the current amrutham master plan,and had   directed the respondents ,namely 1)The Thrissur municipal corporation 2) The secretary of Thrissur municipal corporation,3)The ASSISTANCE ENGINEER KOORKENCHERY ZONAL OFFICE 
respondents to issue the
petitioner a notice, specifically showing the alleged violations with
clarity and with reference to the provisions concerned. ,which has not yet been done by the respondents.Hence we kindly request the adalat to look into this ongoing matter since around 9 years and issue a building permit for our building as early as possible.
