Sub : Request for building permit and Resumption of Tax Payments for Existing Building at PALAVILA KIZHAKKATHIL C/O RICE MILL CHAKKUVALLY SOORANAD P O KOLLAM I am writing to request a building permit fo an existing residential property located at Which was constructed in 2003. This building has been home to my family for many years. and until 2014 we regularly paid the required building taxes. Unfortunately afet the passing of my parents we were unable to continue making the tax payments due to unforeseenfinancial sifficuilties.The building has since beenour primary residence housing two families , andit is imperative for us to regularize thestatus of this proprty. I kindly request your assistance.
