Brief Description on Grievance: As per the notice from PCB,My building (Maradu Muncipal Corporation 26/106 A1-A13 ) constructed before 2013 December is just at a distance of 2.5m from the Masjid which was reconstructed after the energisation of my building after the erection of a 250KW transformer & a 62.5KW Genset, in 2017 ,Which as per the PCB should be at a distance of 5.6M. The old masjid was at a distance of 5.6 M from my Genset while it’s installation. The Muncipal secretary has issued me a document mentioning about the masjid (MMC 26/99)build in 1993. The PCB needs a document from the municipal officials to prove that the masjid was rebuilt after the construction of my building.However,the town planner has refused to provide me the same. Kindly do the needful assistance so that, I may get a license to operate a Homestay.
