Name  cannot correcct as perthe name entered in the Aadhar ca,rd.the decision of the thiruvalla municipaliyi is correct.Adalat search other solutions to help the applicant,the applicant revealed that he changed his name asper Gazette notification,the municipal authorities is willing to add this name with alias.the applicant agree with this and the application disposed with direction to the municipal authorities if the applicant approached the municipality then  add the name in the birth register as per Gazette notification with alias .i
