Brief Description on Grievance:

I have been granted  the construction of a two-storied house on my land with permit PW2-BA-225/202-21. My completion certificate is on hold, as my neighbor lodged a complaint  about the construction of the well. Regarding this issue Muncipal corporation has sent a letter to the Cheif Engineer (20-10-2022) for clarifications. But the reply has not been made availabe till date . 

My home loan amount  is on hold as i haven't submitted the completion certificate.

2019  KMBR  ചട്ടം 75 പ്രകാരം ചുറ്റുമതിലിൽ നിന്ന് 1.20 മീറ്റർ അകലം പാലിച്ചാണ് കിണർ നിർമ്മിക്കേണ്ടത്. എന്നാൽ പ്ര സ്തുത വസ്തുവിന്റെ ചുറ്റുമതിലിൽ നി.ന്ന് കിണറിലേക്ക് 24 സെ.മീ. മാത്രമേ അകലം പാലിച്ചിട്ടുളളൂ. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ പൂർത്തീകരണ പ്ലാൻ അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഒക്യുപൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകാൻ കഴിയില്ല. 

അപേക്ഷ നിരസിച്ച് തീർപ്പാക്കുന്നു.
