Brief Description on Grievance:

I am undergoing a construction at Vaduthala, Ernakulamfor residential building on receiving permit for 2 floors. Now, I would like  to extend the construction by taking additional one room in second floor and a submission through Architect / Supervisor was submitted in the IBPMS portal on 24.7.2023 with Temp File No. 1001/7381/2024 and  was unable  to submit the fee with error " request to wait  for an hour... revised permit fee will be applicable from 1.4.2023 and changes are not fully incorporated...

Later submitted the fee on 5.8.2024. Now, we had approached SBI for take over of loan from IDBI and awaiting new building permit for additional construction so  that bank can process the Home Loan. 

The  File No allotted is BA/1001/5134/2024. Kindly request to process the permit lawfully on an urgent basis within 20.08.2024 for submission to SBI. This is not a grievance but a request to avoid delay in processing through old IBPMS site.
